HAUL & REVIEW│Cosmetics from USA Trip 2015

So January this year i went on a family trip to the US, and managed to get my hands on some cosmetics from Sephora and a few lipsticks from M.A.C! The pricing at Sephora USA is so so much cheaper than the prices of the products in Sephora here in Sydney which is so disappointing (ah). Anyways let hop straight into it. OH AND UM M.A.C LIPSTICKS ARE USD$16 WHAT IS LIFE! I've been paying AUD$36 the whole time (ha ha ha no). 

Ok ok, back into what i got: (stars are out of 5 by the way)

Clinique, Even Better Makeup in 'Golden Neutral'

I have true combination skin, and i have to say this foundation is ahhmaazinggg! It has a light coverage so you can avoid that cakey mess, and it also evens out and corrects any redness and pigmentation in your skin (win win!).

NARS, Bronzer in 'Laguna'

You can never go wrong with NARS products, the quality is always hitting that spot (yas). The finish is slighting shimmery, applies smoothly, and sets great onto your skin.

Benefit, Bronzer in 'Hoola'

Yes i bought 2 bronzers (hush hush), but i've always wanted to try out this bronzer by Benefit, and i regret nothing because the powder is matte, so not only can it be used as a bronzer, it also works well as a light over face contouring powder (multitasking products hell yes).

Original Beautyblender 

I've heard so many good reviews about this applicator, so i just had to get one myself. Unfortunately it didn't work too well for me, as it brought up skin and make my makeup flaky and nasty, but i have a feeling it was because my skin was damaged during the holiday; so i'm eager to try this again.

Kat Von D, Tattoo Liner in 'Trooper'

My holy grail eyeliner. Nothing else to say (ha).

Jokes, let me rant about how amazing this eyeliner is. I've used so so so many liquid eyeliners, but they have still managed to smudge, peal off, fade, even with eye primer underneath; not to mention the tip of the brushes feathering out = eyeliner not on point, literally. I've been using this Tattoo liner for four months, and the tip of the brush is still pointy, and there is still a fair amount of ink left, i also have to hardly worry about touching up my eye makeup during long days because i know this stuff stays in place. I highly recommend it!

Anastasia Beverly Hills, Tinted Brow Gel in 'Espresso'

I needed a good brow gel that matched my brows and got this, and yes, this is some great stuff. Doesn't apply too thick and locks in your hard work on those brows.

M.A.C, Lip Pencil in 'Cork'

Lately i've been rocking the more neutral lip, and this lipliner is great to just wear on its own or used as a base colour for nudes, which i've been doing a lot lately with Christian Diors lipstick in 'Cashmere Beige'.

M.A.C, Matte Lipstick in 'Living Legend'

Its such a beautiful and pigmented dark reddy-burgandy lipstick, which is perfect for Autumn now. Since it is a matte lipstick i'd highly recommend to prime and prep lips with a lip balm/lip moisturiser to avoid any dry spots on your lips.

M.A.C, Satin Lipstick in 'Film Noir'

This super dark brown-burgundy lipstick really does make a statement, its very pigmented and i'd recommend to line your lips with any dark lipliner you have, so it acts like a guide line making it easier to apply. Definitely the lipstick i'd wear on a night out (heh).
